How It Works

Selecting a Dress
Browse through our collection of rhythm/latin dresses to make your selection. Once you have decided on the dress you are interested in renting, please fill out the “Dress Availability Form”. Once we receive the completed form, we will contact you to inform you of the availability of the dress you selected. In the meantime, feel free to contact us if you have questions on a particular dress.

Trying-On a Dress
If sufficient time allows between the time you submitted the “Dress Availability Form” and the “Reservation Date” (date you want to receive the dress in the mail for the event), a try-on can be arranged so that you can be assured that you will be satisfied with the appearance, fit, and feel of the dress. You will be required to the complete the “Try-On Agreement” before the dress is shipped to you. The agreement may be emailed or faxed to you. Completed agreement should be faxed back to (714) 639-5760. You will be charged a shipping fee and a nominal $10 handling fee per dress. If you decide to rent the dress from us, the $10 handling fee will be applied toward your rental fee. Try-on dresses must be returned within 2 days after receipt of the dress. A return label will be enclosed for your convenience of returning the try-on dress.

Reserving a Dress
If you decide to rent a dress, please contact us via email or telephone to confirm the dress you wish to rent and your “Reservation Date” (date you want to receive the dress in the mail). The online “Dress Availability Form” should be submitted if you have not done so at this point. You will also be required the complete the “Rental Agreement” before the dress is shipped to you. The agreement may be emailed or faxed to you. The completed agreement should be faxed back to (714) 639-5760. We will then ensure that the dress is cleaned and delivered to you by your “Reservation Date”. The dress must be returned within 6 days after receipt of the dress. A return label will be enclosed for your convenience of returning the rental dress.

Fee Schedule
When you reserve the dress – you will be assessed a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of the rental fee. When we ship you the dress – you will be charged the remaining 75% of the rental fee plus shipping. If applicable, the $10 handling fee you paid for the try-on service will be subtracted from the total.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us via email or telephone. Cancellations are subject to the following policy:

  • If canceling more than 30 days prior to your “Reservation Date” – no additional charge will be assessed
  • If canceling between 15 to 30 days prior to your “Reservation Date” – an additional 50% of the rental fee will be charged; thus you will have paid 75% of the total rental fee.
  • If canceling within 14 days of your “Reservation Date” – an additional 75% of the rental fee will be charged; thus you will have paid 100% of the total rental fee.
